    You can track your orders in your Profile.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Please tap on “My Orders” section under your profile to check your order status.
  • Is Cash On Delivery Available?
    Yes, Cash on delivery is available however COD option is not available on the website. To place COD order kindly contact us on our WhatsApp handle with the screenshot of the products that you wish to order. Please note that for COD extra charge is applicable based on pin-code.
  • Cancellations and Modifications
    You can cancel your orders from My Orders.
  • What is FFABASICS cancellation policy?
    You can now cancel an order if it is not shipped. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
  • Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
    Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by going under ‘My order’ section of Website. If not you can reach us out and our team will help you with the same.
  • How do I cancel my Order?
    Tap on “My Orders” section under the profile of your Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel
  • I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
    Our team will contact you for the details for refund within a day of cancellation.
  • What is FFABASICS's return policy? How does it work?
    You can read about our return and exchange policy on our Shipping & Return Page
  • Does FFABASICS pick up the product I want to Exchange from my location?
    Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. You can ask us while creating the exchange request We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the request placement date. Please keep the return shipment ready with the printout attached.
  • Can I redeem FFABASICS Credit to Cash?
    You may not redeem FFABASICS Credit for Cash. FFABASICS Credit is also not allowed to be transferred to Bank, Wallets or other users accounts.
